Cheesy Meatball Sliders
Step up your appetizer game with delicious meatball sliders!
These minis are loaded with meatballs, cheese, and our secret ingredient: TRUFF Arrabbiata PastaSauce. This spicy, umamipacked sauce compliments the cheesy snack perfectly. To top it off, season your dinner rolls with a buttery, garlic-herb topping for a stunning presentation.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a large casserole dish.
- Place the slider bun bases in the bottom of the casserole dish.Â
- Sprinkle the buns with mozzarella and top each with 1-2 tablespoons of TRUFF Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce.Â
- Top each bun with a meatball, spoon an additional 1-2 tablespoons of TRUFF Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce over each meatball, and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.Â
- Finish the sliders by topping each with a quarter slice of provolone.Â
- Secure the top buns with a toothpick and brush with melted butter.Â
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and the remaining parmesan.Â
- Loosely tent the casserole dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven.Â
- Bake for 20 minutes, remove the foil, and continue to bake for 10-15 minutes or until the buns are lightly toasted and the cheese has melted.
