Is TRUFF even that good?

No, it's freaking delicious!! It tastes like if truffle and sriracha had a baby.

How hot is TRUFF?

- The OG and White Truffle limited release are mild/medium heat hot sauces sitting at around 2500-3000 SHU.

- TRUFF Hotter Hot Sauce is about 2-3x the heat level of the original formula. About 5000-7000 SHU to be exact.

- The Arrabbiata Sauce delivers a gentle kick of heat instead of dropping a full-on spice bomb. You’ll feel enough heat on the finish of each bite to know that it’s there, but the focus is really on flavor.

- The Spicy Mayo has a mild kick and is sure not to overpower the flavor of your meal.

- Our Pomodoro Sauce, TRUFF Mayo, and Black Truffle Oil have no heat at all.

IS TRUFF GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN?

Our hot sauce, pasta sauce, and truffle oil are both gluten-free and vegan.

Our mayo is gluten-free.

How is the mayo made?

We sourced the finest ingredients to change the way you think about mayo. That’s why both of our mayos are made with organic eggs, 100% sunflower oil, and plenty of black winter truffles.

DOES THE PRODUCT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING?

Yes. Please make sure to refrigerate our hot sauce, mayo, and pasta sauce after opening.

Our truffle oil and salt do not need to be refrigerated.

DO TRUFF PRODUCTS COME IN A BOX?

Yes, each bottle or jar comes in its own box - perfect for a gift!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING NORMALLY TAKE?

All orders are shipped out from our West Coast facility via DHL, UPS, USPS or FedEx. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, it normally takes 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered depending on your region. For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped, tracking will be emailed to the email address you have provided. You can track your package from the link provided in this email.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can easily cancel or change your "Subscribe & Save" Truff Auto-Ship subscription at any time. To cancel or change your active subscription, please do one of the following:

- Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

- You can also reach out to us at support@truff.com at any time - the TRUFF Support Team would be happy to assist you with managing your subscription.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

How Do I Sign Up For TRUFF Rewards?

Signing up is easy!

Simply create an account by visiting truff.com/account/register.

It’s free to join! If you currently have an account with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!

What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?

Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

In addition to earning points, members have the chance to get exclusive access to launches and more. You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page.

Do points ever expire?

Your points will expire after six months of inactivity.

An active user is a user who is opted-in to the TRUFF Rewards program and performed one or more of the following actions within the selected time frame:

  • Making a purchase
  • Receiving a perk/reward
  • Referral completion
  • Referral share
  • Redeeming points/coupons
  • Creating an account with your store

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.

I've earned points/VIP tier with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account. For example, if you use $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded on your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.

Onward Shipping Protection FAQs

What is Onward VIP Protection+?

We’ve partnered with Onward to provide our customers with carbon neutral shipping protection and our 90-day satisfaction guarantee on your purchase. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost, stolen or damaged packages. You’ll also have 90 days after your purchase to trial your TRUFF products. If you are dissatisfied with your TRUFF products, Onward will work with us to make it right or refund your purchase.

How does Onward work?

Onward is an on-demand concierge service that covers our customers in the event they have shipping issues or are dissatisfied with their first purchase. If you add Onward to your order, you’ll be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will be reviewed for approval within an hour.

How Do I File A Claim?

You can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward sends you after you place your order, or you can file here.

Who does Onward partner with to make shipments carbon neutral?

Onward has partnered with Cool Effect, a 501c non-profit climate change organization, to neutralize carbon emissions from your shipments covered with Onward. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be automatically taking action against climate change.

How Much Time Do I Have To File A Claim?

You’ll have 90 days from the order date to file a claim.

What happens if my replacement order through Onward also gets lost, stolen or damaged?

Not a problem! Any replacement orders that are placed by Onward are still insured by Onward.
