- Place Hidden Valley Original Ranch, TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, and sweet Thai chili sauce in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate the sauce until ready to use.
- Fill a large pot 1/4 full with oil.
- Heat the oil over high heat.
- Pat the shrimp dry and place in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together two eggs.
- In another bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
- Coat the shrimp in the eggs, then the bread crumbs.
- Fry shrimp for two minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the cooked shrimp from the oil and set aside to drain on paper towels.
