- Place melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Brush bread slices with the garlic butter on both sides.
- Lightly grease a high-sided springform pan.
- Line the bottom and sides of the pan with garlic bread. Set aside.
- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest for five minutes before slicing.
- Place the sliced sausages in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining one tablespoon of oil to the skillet.

- Add the veggies, sausage, TRUFF Pomodoro Pasta Sauce, cooked pasta noodles, 3/4 cup mozzarella cubes, and 1/4 cup grated parmesan to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Using the back of the spoon to press and compact, add the mixture into the prepared, garlic bread-lined pan.
- Top off the mixture with the remaining 3/4 cup of cubed mozzarella and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Place in the oven.
- Place the pan on a large baking sheet to catch any drips.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until heated through and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and set aside to rest for 15 minutes before removing the torte from the springform pan.
- Garnish the torte with basil before slicing and serving.
