1 pound spaghetti cooked according to the instructions on the package with â…“ cup pasta water reserved

Gourmet Lemon Truffle Pasta

This pasta recipe might be easy to make, but it also packs big flavor! Fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, crushed red pepper flakes, and oodles of garlic are simmered in a truffle-infused buttery sauce. We used a combination of our Black Truffle Oil and Black Truffle Salt to accomplish our truffle infusion. That elegant umami flavor and earthy aromatics turn this casual pasta dish into a gourmet treat! Enjoy this recipe solo or accompanied with your favorite proteins or veggies.

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the olive oil and truffle oil, and whisk to combine. Add the garlic, capers, lemon zest, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt to the skillet, stir to combine, and sauté for 2 minutes. Slowly add the lemon juice and reserved pasta water to the skillet, whisking constantly until blended.

  2. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce and ingredients. Cook for 1 minute or until the sauce begins to thicken and stick to the pasta. Divide the pasta between plates or bowls and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
