Gourmet Lemon Truffle Pasta

Ingredients
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon TRUFF Black Truffle Oil
6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons capers, drained and minced
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons black pepper
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon TRUFF Black Truffle Salt
â…“ cup lemon juice
1 pound spaghetti cooked according to the instructions on the package with â…“ cup pasta water reserved
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the olive oil and truffle oil, and whisk to combine. Add the garlic, capers, lemon zest, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt to the skillet, stir to combine, and sauté for 2 minutes. Slowly add the lemon juice and reserved pasta water to the skillet, whisking constantly until blended.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce and ingredients. Cook for 1 minute or until the sauce begins to thicken and stick to the pasta. Divide the pasta between plates or bowls and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
