Korean Chili Cheesy Corn

Ingredients
24 ounces frozen fiesta corn or southwest-style corn, thawed
1 cup of your favorite mayonnaise
3 ounces TRUFF Original Hot Sauce
8 ounces shredded Italian cheese blend
1 teaspoon Korean-style BBQ rub spice blend

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly spritz a large oven-proof skillet with cooking spray.
Place thawed corn, mayo, hot sauce, and ¾ cup of cheese in a large bowl, stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to the prepared skillet, spreading out in an even layer.
Sprinkle the top of the corn mixture with the spice blend and remaining cheese.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
