Korean Chili Cheesy Corn

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly spritz a large oven-proof skillet with cooking spray.

  2. Place thawed corn, mayo, hot sauce, and ¾ cup of cheese in a large bowl, stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to the prepared skillet, spreading out in an even layer.

  3. Sprinkle the top of the corn mixture with the spice blend and remaining cheese.

  4. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
