OVERVIEW

By purchasing a subscription through our store, you agree to these Subscription Terms and authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to your chosen delivery frequency.

Subscriptions are powered by Recharge.

Automatic Renewals

When you purchase a subscription, your order will automatically renew according to the delivery interval selected during checkout unless canceled prior to your next renewal date.

Your payment method will automatically be charged at each renewal.

Upcoming Renewal Notifications

We send reminder emails 14 days before each upcoming subscription renewal charge.

These notifications allow you time to:

• skip an order

• swap products

• update delivery timing

• edit payment details

• pause your subscription

• cancel your subscription

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription anytime through your customer portal.

Subscribers may:

• skip deliveries

• pause subscriptions

• swap products

• change delivery frequency

• update billing information

• cancel future renewals

Changes must be made before your upcoming renewal is processed.

Subscription Discounts

Subscription pricing, discounts, and subscriber-exclusive offers may change at any time without notice.

Any pricing changes will apply to future renewals only.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment method on file or notify you to update your billing information.

Subscriptions may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be successfully collected.

Product Availability

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to:

• delay fulfillment

• remove unavailable items

• substitute comparable products only when appropriate

• cancel the affected subscription item

Customers will be notified when significant changes occur.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next renewal charge is processed.

Once a recurring order has been processed, it may already be in fulfillment and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Returns

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

Food products are generally non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
