Mini English MUFFIN PIZZAS
Feel like a kid again with these mini english muffin pizzas!
For this recipe, we feature three different english muffin pizza flavors: margherita, pepperoni, and supreme! Each english muffin is covered in our Black Truffle Pomodoro Pasta Sauce and layered with a variety of toppings! The margherita pizza is adorned with fresh cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil. The pepperoni pizzas feature a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes and grated parmesan cheese. The supreme pizzas are stacked with Italian sausage, green bell peppers, red onion, and sliced black olives.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place english muffins split-side up on a large baking sheet.
- Spoon TRUFF Black Truffle Pomodoro Pasta Sauce over the top of each muffin and top it with fresh mozzarella.
Margherita Mini Pizzas:
- Divide the cherry tomatoes between each muffin and drizzle the muffin with olive oil.
- Place the muffins in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Remove the pizzas from the oven and garnish them with fresh basil before serving.
Pepperoni Mini Pizzas:
- Divide the pepperoni between each muffin.
- Place the muffins in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Remove the pizzas from the oven and sprinkle them with crushed red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese before serving.
Supreme Mini Pizzas:
- Divide the sausage, peppers, onion, and olives between each muffin.
- Place the muffins in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Remove the pizzas from the oven and serve hot.
