Parmesan Truffle Tater Tots with Garlic Aioli
Bring bar food to you with these simple yet tasty taters!
Once cooked to golden-perfection, toss your tots in a combination of parmesan, parsley, and of course our White Truffle Oil. Like any good tater tot dish, we paired these with a delicious homemade dip consisting of TRUFF Mayonnaise, garlic, lemon, and parsley. Happy dipping!
Instructions
- Place TRUFF Mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, and roasted garlic in a medium bowl, whisk to combine, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Cook tater tots according to the package instructions
- Transfer tater tots to a bowl, add grated parmesan and parsley, and toss to combine.
- While tossing, drizzle the tots with TRUFF White Truffle Oil to ensure an even distribution, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Immediately serve tater tots with aioli on the side for dipping and dunking.
