¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 slices smoked prosciutto or speck, halved
8 eggs
¼ cup heavy cream

½ teaspoon salt
Pinch cracked black pepper

The combination of gruyère, parmesan, smoked prosciutto, fresh chives, and TRUFF Original Hot Sauce delivers a creamy, smoky, and tangy flavor experience. Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Gently roll puff pastry to reduce the thickness and portion into six even squares.
Place the puff pastry squares into the prepared muffin tin by pressing the dough into the sides and bottom of the cups.
Divide the gruyere, parmesan, and smoked prosciutto between the cups.
Place the eggs, heavy cream, TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, chives, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a large bowl, and whisk to combine.
Pour the egg mixture into the cups, filling each cup approximately three-quarters full.
Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until fluffy.
Remove the tin from the oven and set aside to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
Remove the souffles from the cups and serve.
