White Pizza with Prosciutto, Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms & Kale
This semi-homemade pizza is so good, you just might skip the trip to the pizzeria!
Forget mixing and proving your own pizza dough. Store-bought dough works just fine when infused with our flavorful White Truffle Oil! The decadence of white truffles paired with this recipe's delicious toppings makes for a restaurant-quality pizza that’s ready to devour in under an hour.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Â
- Working with half of the pizza dough at a time, drizzle one tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 a tablespoon of TRUFF White Truffle Oil over a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet.Â
- Using your hands, stretch the dough into a large circle.
- Once stretched, top the pizza with 1/2 cup ricotta, leaving room for a crust.
- Season ricotta with salt and pepper, and top it with half of the onions, kale, and mushrooms, and place the pizza in the oven.Â
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the veggie toppings are tender.Â
- Remove from the oven and transfer the pizza to a cutting board.Â
- Top the pizza with half of the burrata and prosciutto before slicing.Â
- Repeat with the remaining pizza dough and ingredients.
