Thai Basil Beef Stir Fry Rice Bowl

Stir-fry your way into a delicious meal with this rice bowl recipe. Ground beef is mightily seasoned with a stunning assortment of ingredients, imparting maximum flavor and mouthwatering aromatics. Fresh shallot, garlic, lemongrass, and ginger are joined by TRUFF’s Original Hot Sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. The fiery, black truffle-infused hot sauce is a natural in this recipe (and, in our opinion, all stir-fry recipes), heightening the overall experience. We served this rice bowl with an assortment of fresh veggies and herbs, adding vibrancy and textural fun to this recipe. If you like spicy stir-fries, you’re gonna love this!
  1. Place shallot, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, hot sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar in a medium bowl, whisk to combine.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground beef, and cook for 5 minutes or until brown. Add the marinade to the wok, stir to combine with the ground beef, and stir-fry for 5 minutes more.

  3. Divide rice between bowls or plates and top with the stir-fried ground beef. Serve with lettuce leaves, cabbage, chili peppers, cucumbers, chopped peanuts, fresh herbs, and lime wedges.
